David Marshall is a highly experienced business professional with a background spanning technology, finance, tax, business exit and strategic business growth. Over the last 30 years, he has held international C-suite and board-level positions, built five start ups managed to succesful trade sale exits, and advised ambitious businesses across multiple sectors.

In 1996, David co-founded software company Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), which rapidly became an international success story before being sold to Sempres Holding in 2000. Since then, he has held several interim senior leadership roles within global organisations, built and sold three tech start ups and two professional services firms.

David combines entrepreneurial thinking, technical expertise and commercial insight to help clients make robust and successful business decisions in a warm and personable manner.
